Pablo is a Chilean Architect and Urban Designer with a Master and Doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design. His work is focused on integrative design of urban infrastructure in sustainable communities, with emphasis on housing and placemaking. He is currently Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Arts at Universidad del Desarrollo in Santiago and Concepción, Chile, and principal at URBANICA consultants. Pablo is a founding member of the Chilean “do Tank” ELEMENTAL, participated in the reconstruction efforts after the Chaitén volcano eruption and the 2010 earthquake and tsunami, and is currently on the board of the National Council for the Arts and Culture (CNCA), and participates in the Presidential Commission to develop a National Urban Policy.

Steve is currently Executive Director for the Kellogg Institute for International Studies at the University of Notre Dame. From 1988 through 2009, Steve worked at Harvard University on international issues. Among other roles, he served for seven years as Executive Director of Harvard’s David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) in Cambridge, MA, before moving to Santiago, Chile to open Harvard’s first university-wide international office and directing it from 2002 through 2009. Steve wrote an award-winning book, Santiago’s Children: What I Learned about Life at an Orphanage in Chile, based on his experiences living and working at a small orphanage in Santiago in the early 1980s. Steve earned a Master in Public Policy from Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, a Master in Print Journalism from Boston University, and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.

Henry spent twenty years as a leader in land conservation in both the United States and abroad. He joined Patagonia Sur after serving for two-and-a-half years as the Vice President of State Programs for the National Audubon Society. At Audubon, Henry oversaw ten state programs in the eastern United States, as well as Audubon's Atlantic Flyway Conservation Initiative. He previously worked for thirteen years at The Nature Conservancy (TNC). While at the Conservancy, Henry led his programs through the completion of a series of landscape-scale forest conservation projects, conserving more than 400,000 acres. Henry also launched and continues to serve as the senior U.S. advisor to the Chilean Private Lands Conservation Initiative. Henry has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.A. and Admission to Doctoral Candidacy from Cornell University.
