Melimoyu
Nestled in a bay of the Gulf of Corcovado and at the base of the 2,400 meter (7,200') glacier-covered Mt. Melimoyu, Patagonia Sur's Melimoyu holdings are a nature enthusiast's dream.

A richly diverse study in contrasts, the property contains untouched native forests, rivers, lakes, waterfalls and ocean bay. Melimoyu's marine life is also unparalleled: each spring, the southern hemisphere's population of blue whales congregate just off the coast to deliver their calves.

Tortel
Located 18 miles north of Caleta Tortel — the charming UNESCO-protected, roadless village of stilt homes connected by wooden walkways — Patagonia Sur's Tortel property is a hiker's paradise situated on a stunning fjord at the foot of the Steffens Glacier.

Because of its proximity to both the Pacific Ocean and the Northern and Southern Ice Fields, Tortel is a wonderful synthesis of seemingly incompatible geological features: white sand river banks and towering glaciers.

Los Leones
Los Leones Valley is a spectacular, glacier-filled valley abutting Lago General Carrera, the deepest and second largest lake in South America and the largest body of fresh water in Patagonia.
